Epsilon is seeking a Marketing Client Account Executive to oversee and manage the effective delivery of customer-focused (Aftersales) direct to consumer marketing programs for a well-known Automotive manufacturer. You will serve as the day-to-day client contact for various programs, managing the project from launch to deployment including communication strategy, creative development, process and timeline management, program execution and basic understanding of campaign performance. This role will also be responsible for the maintenance of monthly reoccurring ad hoc campaigns as define by the client. Program execution can span a variety of channels including direct mail, email, digital, website and point of purchase.This role will report to the Account Director and work closely with Legal, Creative, Analytics, Data, Production, Development and Vendors.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing team, working closely on new initiatives for a large automotive client. You will support the ongoing maintenance of monthly reoccurring campaigns from start to finish. Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing email marketing projects from inception through deployment - this includes communication strategy, creative deployment and timeline management. Assist with weekly internal and client status calls and follow up with various internal and client facing teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
