The Northeast region of Carrier Enterprise sells residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers (independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets). We currently have an exciting Account Manager position located in Stamford, CT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate additional sales in assigned territory.
- Maintain productive relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze the territory, develop, execute, and monitor sales programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated performance history in HVAC sales and new market development.
- Equipment, Parts & Supplies and Light Commercial HVAC experience highly preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Strong business/problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- PC literacy required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent AA/BA in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Must maintain a positive attitude and have strong customer service.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
