Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Power Dialer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls, reaching 100 to 300 contacts per hour using a power dialer. You will work closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), who will provide targeted call lists and orchestrate outbound campaigns. Your primary goal is to support lead generation efforts by efficiently dialing and helping drive pipeline growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a power dialer to make 100 to 300 outbound calls per hour to prospects.
- Work with BDRs to execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Ensure call lists are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Track call metrics, including call volume, connect rates, and other KPIs, and report results to the team.
- Schedule follow-up meetings or transfer qualified leads to BDRs or sales representatives for further engagement.
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication on all calls.
- Provide feedback to BDRs regarding list performance and call outcomes to refine future campaigns.
- Continuously optimize outbound processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience using power dialer systems for outbound calling.
- Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling, ideally in a sales, lead generation, or telemarketing environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BDRs and sales teams to meet campaign goals.
- Basic CRM knowledge for tracking and reporting call outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a business development, sales, or telemarketing role.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.

The US OTE range for this full-time BDR position is $88,000 - $110,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
