Position Summary
Tipalti’s Senior Sales Operations Manager will support our Corporate and Digital Sales teams through analysis and process improvement. This individual contributor (IC) role will provide support to our Account Executives through forecast review, sales reporting and analysis, and training.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam and Tbilisi.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- New Hire Support: Provide training to new hires on quote creation, performance dashboard updates, and system usage.
- Deal Desk Support: Support the Sales team with deal velocity, CPQ process inquiries, and ensuring accuracy on order forms and opportunity records. Advise on deal structures, discounting guidelines, pricing, and promotions.
- Sales Process Engineering and Documentation: Support team effectiveness through changes in pricing models, CPQ and Salesforce process changes.
- Data Hygiene: Promote data accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing migrations and adjustments as necessary.
- Sales Analysis: Regularly report and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and provide actionable recommendations to Sales leadership.
- Ad Hoc Sales Operations Projects: Support Sales Operations and Salesforce Administration with change requests, project execution, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and event planning. Design and manage Salesforce data models (ex: structure for capturing monthly revenue data, automation features to streamline sales reps’ requests for Solution Consultants, etc.)
- Help Desk Support: Provide front line support to Sales by troubleshooting tech stack issues, logging internal requests, and completing support tickets.
About you
- 8 years of related experience with at least 5+ years Sales Operations experience.
- Strong skills in multitasking and prioritizing many simultaneous projects.
- Excellent Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard skills.
- Experience with other Sales-Related tools (prospecting, forecasting, etc.).
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of sales process.
- Highly collaborative and talented at working with different groups to streamline and systematize processes using a variety of business systems.
- A quick learner of different sales technologies, and adept at learning how to administer them.
- Experience in a Sales Operations role at a fast growing software company, working on projects to scale sales at the organization.
- Comfortable working with executive management to apply insights for informed decision making.
