We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage the end to end execution of direct and programmatic media buys from pre-sales education and strategic recommendations to post-campaign insights. The team is fast-paced, client focused, and performance oriented.
A Day in the Life
- Own onboarding, retention, up-selling, and ongoing success for our customers.
- Work to deepen the adoption and integration of our data products and deliver best practices to increase retention.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to effectively develop solutions that surpass client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive media plans tailored to specific audience demographics, ad placements and campaign objectives.
- Assist in day-to-day client relationships and all phases of the campaign life cycle, inclusive of brand strategy, kick-off calls, tag + asset collection, creative development, and performance reporting.
- Provide best-in-class customer service to cultivate relationships to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Work with our Finance team to ensure campaigns are properly invoiced each month and work with clients to receive timely payments.
- Become an expert on our products and services to provide the best-in-class service in the industry.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related.
- Minimum 3+ years in Digital Media, with a focus on Sales Support, Account Management, and/or Client Services.
- Directly-sold and programmatic advertising experience, with a proven record of successful client retention and business growth.
- Experience in presenting complex data in understandable ways to address customer business questions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage deadlines efficiently, and be highly organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver well-positioned presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus (Hubspot, Salesforce).
