What you’ll be doing:
- Provide stellar customer service to exceed expectations.
- Source products and material from network of established vendors.
- Provide quotes for pricing and lead time.
- Determine and manage overall and product specific margin for customers.
- Manage order flow, schedule, and expedite products when needed.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of presentations to customer.
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for products.
- Analyze program data and make recommendations based on findings.
- Work with team to identify opportunities to improve program, increase sales, and provide a better experience for the customer.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 1 - 3 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Solid Excel skills as well as working knowledge of other Microsoft products.
