JOB SUMMARY
Establish and maintain customer relationship and customer orders/releases. Facilitate between outside sales, the customer and the division.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain accurate customer backlog.
- Manage customer purchase orders and releases.
- Be a voice of the customer.
- Resolve conflict with a customer in a clear and professional manner.
- Clearly communicating updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Work with Engineering to deliver accurate Request for Quotes.
- Review Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy with respect to the quote and deliver to Supply Chain team in a timely manner.
- Coordination with Quality to ensure customers request for PPAP’s, ISIR’s, or special certifications and labeling are required.
- Coordination with accounting to ensure the processing of customer requests for credit to verify the merit and accuracy of the request, to provide parts pricing, and to obtain export information for customer shipments.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Proficient to excellent skills working in Windows environment, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Experience with data entry.
- Conflict resolution.
- Must be organized and have excellent prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and cross functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and strong understanding of information ordering.
- Strong analytical skills and material knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
