SupplyOne is hiring an Account Executive to take on a key role for our largest client in Manufacturing. The Account Executive will sell our clients core values and mission, pairing their proven success and full breadth of products and services, to meet and exceed sales growth targets and set the standard for sales excellence. The mission of the role of the Account Executive is to exceed their target sales plan. Revenue production will come from new business development, growth within the existing customer base, and execution of the company Sales Playbook. The Account Executive will provide complete value-added packaging and manufacturing solutions that will reduce customers’ total cost of packaging. This will result in top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, profitability, and expansion of our footprint in the customer segments we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue and Gross Profit goals.
- Call on target, current and prospective customers consistent with our ideal customer profile to generate sales, improve market share, and increase revenue and GP$
- Lead with programs to achieve program (PMP and Managed Services) goals
- Achieve a balanced product category mix that includes Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail, and Misc. Items.
- Sell accounts on the basis of service and problem-solving by offering solutions to improve customer methods and procedures
- Implement price increases promptly to achieve gross profit goals by making every effort to sell products and value-added services at an optimal profitability point
- Maintain a sales pipeline sufficient to support sales goals
Essential Functions:
- Build customer relationships by building trust, demonstrating reliability and creating and delivering customer solutions with a sense of urgency.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for top customers and prospects.
- Keeps management informed by providing timely reports, work plans, and territory analyses as appropriate.
- Assist the credit department in the collection of past-due invoices, and monitor slow-moving inventory.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge.
- Utilize experts whenever possible.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with internal customers.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years B2B sales
- Documented success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Understanding of sales process and dynamics
Plusses:
- Industrial selling experience (Distribution, equipment, construction, automation, industrial, packaging, manufacturing)
