What you will bring:
- Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
- Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables where only limited information is available.
- Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills which include the ability to operate various software systems.
- Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Frequent travel and sitting in a vehicle to the customer’s place of business or job site.
- Frequent exposure to seasonal temperatures and fluctuations of inside/outside building temperatures.
- Requires close vision with computer and paperwork, distant and peripheral vision for driving and product selection, and depth perception for safety in warehouse and building.
- Requires ability to hear in-person and phone conversations.
- Primarily light industrial and office work areas.
- Exposure to construction sites with moderate to high noise levels. Sites may require the use of personal protective equipment.
Salary - Base Salary plus commission
