Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven leader to partner with freight brokerages across the country, ensuring a seamless integration of Augment with their existing systems and workflows.
The Customer Success Leader will act as a trusted strategic advisor to brokerage clients, overseeing integrations, optimizing AI adoption, and ensuring our platform drives maximum efficiency in their operations. This role requires a strong background in brokerage operations, freight technology, and process automation, along with experience leading large-scale customer integrations.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with freight brokerages, 3PLs, and carriers to integrate Augment with their TMS and operational systems.
- Guide brokerages through the AI adoption process, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.
- Analyze brokerage workflows and processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for AI automation.
- Develop and execute integration playbooks to help brokerages scale their use of Augment.
- Monitor customer success metrics, including platform adoption, efficiency gains, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to refine integration processes based on real-time customer feedback.
- Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for brokerage teams to maximize platform effectiveness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for brokerage leadership, ensuring alignment on business goals and technology needs.
Experience
- Proven track record of leading successful TMS integrations and workflow optimizations.
- Deep understanding of freight brokerage operations, load planning, carrier management, and process automation.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to improve customer-facing technology.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and brokerage leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Freight Brokerage / 3PL Experience (10+ years preferred)
- TMS Integration & AI Automation Experience (5+ years)
- Enterprise Customer Success & Adoption Strategy
- Candidates must be located in the Chicago area and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
